My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

04/03/10: Bruce's foster reports that he is such a love and a good boy! He is quiet and well-behaved in his crate when his foster is away. She says when she is home with him, he is an angel in the house. He plays well with the other pets in the home. Bruce loves to go for a ride!

Won't you consider this wonderful boy to be your new best friend? He surely is deserves it!

03/24/10: Bruce's foster tells us that he is adjusting wonderfully to being in their home. This smart guy has already learned sit, stay, no, and lay down and responds very well to correction. He now wags his "no-tail" when he sees his foster mom and is loving life!

Bruce has attended doggie day care and had a blast with his new pals! He played to his heart's content and then came home and lounged around with his foster family. He is currently living with a dog in his foster home and gets along well with her.

Bruce enjoys going for rides in the car and likes to put his nose out and smell the fresh air.

This handsome, smart dog will make a wonderful addition to your family. Contact us to apply for him today!

Meet Bruce! He is such a sweet, friendly, happy, energetic dog! Bruce is seven months old and is a Lab/Border Collie mix. He's great on a leash and will be a super walking companion. He loves his playtime in the shelter yard, where he enjoys the toys and running about in total joy. Bruce appears to be housebroken. He is very affectionate and loves hugs. He is very bright and should be easy to train. He loves people of all ages, but might be a bit too energetic for small children. Bruce also gets along with other dogs, and has not been tested yet with cats.

Bruce will be making his journey north in mid-March.

As with many of our sweeties, Bruce is currently with one of our partner shelters in the south.
