I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Gravy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Gravy's Story...
My name is Gravy because my foster sister’s
name is Biscuit…get it…Biscuit and Gravy.
I thought it was kind of funny myself. I am
a sweet dog, a little shy at first, but I come
around when I know you are going to be
good to me. I am pretty quiet overall, but
I do love to play with my toys and run around.
most of all though, I love to be with you. So,
if you are looking for a dog that is sweet and
loving and will be a great companion, please
come by and meet me sometime. Oh, I forgot
to mention, I have been to the doctor as well, I
have had my shots, heartworm tested (I’m
negative…thank you very much), and I am
neutered already as well. What more could you
ask for!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gravy, a Houston Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Dachshund for sale in Houston, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Dachshund breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
