Patty is a 9 year old Maltese female rescued from a local puppy mill and featured recently on “The Dog Whisperer.” She’s a sweet little gal who has a dry eye problem because the mill owners never treated it. Happy and friendly, Patty is looking for a loving and forever home who doesn't mind that she has a slight medical issue.
