INITIAL BIO: MEET ROMEO BOY! He is a beautiful and shy little 4# male yorkie who was surrendered by his owner because she could no longer care for him. Romeo is very underweight and a much healthier weight for him would be 6#. He just came into UYR, but we know that he is a very scared little boy who appears to have been neglected for a while.
