Micah's Story...
Little Micah was rescued as a stray in late Sept. We have no way of knowing if he was dumped by someone, or became lost. What we can tell you is that he came to us in remarkably good health and seems very content and happy. Micah is not in the least bit shy about giving kisses. He wasted no time stealing his foster mom's heart. Micah would be right at home in a household either as an only pet or with other small dogs or even cats. Because he is so little, Micah is best-suited for a home without young children. Teens and adults would be fine. Micah is crate-trained. We're assessing how housetrained he is. Micah weighs 10-1/2 lbs. and is about 1-1/2 to 2 yrs. old. He has a shiny, smooth black and tan coat. What Micah lacks in stature, he makes up for in heart. He is a loyal, loving, happy little boy who will give his person complete devotion. He is all about snuggle-time and would like to spend as much time as possible with his person. Our $150 adoption fee helps cover the cost of Micah's neuter, shots, heartworm test, worming and vet exam. He is also on monthly heartworm prevention. If you would like to give Micah a loving, forever home, please complete our online application today at **Applicants must have a verifiable history with a vet. Local inquiries only, please.
