March 2 - Yes, this is what Ella looks like just a few days after being rescued from a pound where she'd lingered, waiting for someone to take her home and love her. All skin and bones. No one came! She's now in rescue - still waiting for a permanent home. Ella is an adult female Bluetick Coonhound. Sweet & friendly. We're working on increasing her weight. Once at a healthy weight, Ella will be spayed - no exceptions. Surgery our responsibility. Coonhounds are known to be great with children and friendly to most. Cats unknown. Happy dogs, they can become couch potatoes inside. Outside, potential to wander, tracking a scent oblivious to surroundings. So - Ella needs a home with a secure fenced yard. Ella is a love bug! We're still learning about her. Adoption fee $160 ELLA is up-to-date with routine shots.
