I am good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Zoe~~ADOPTED~~'s Story...
Zoe is a young (under 1 year old) lab mix. This sweet girl was taken from her home because she was abused, but she is very forgiving. She loves giving kisses and would spend the day in your lap if you let her. She is a bit intimidated by larger dogs at first, but has adjusted well to the pack at her foster home. Zoe is good with cats and loves all the attention she can get from kids. She is house trained and does well in a crate at night. She is all ready to find a forever family to love.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zoe~~ADOPTED~~, a Bay City Labrador Retriever/Whippet puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Whippet for sale in Bay City, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Whippet puppy from a breeder in Bay City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bay City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bay City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Whippet breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Whippet rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bay City paves the way for another one to be saved.
