Sparky's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sparky's Story...
At 10 lbs and almost a year old, Sparky is a great family dog and loves to play with other dogs. He is very loving with kids and adults. He is a well-adjusted little guy looking for a forever home. Sparky has chocolate dots on the inside of his ears and although his entire coat is white, he has these colored spots on his skin, too. His tail is adorable and looks like a helicopter when I try to take a photo of him because he's usually wagging it!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sparky, a Jacksonville Chihuahua/Rat Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Rat Terrier for sale in Jacksonville, or seeking a Chihuahua/Rat Terrier puppy from a breeder in Jacksonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jacksonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jacksonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Rat Terrier breeders who help with Chihuahua/Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jacksonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
