If you are interested in adopting her please email us to receive an adoption application. Chantilly is a lap cat and will head butt your arm until you give her attention. She also is very fond of birdwatching. She will sit literally for hours watching the birds, so a window perch would be a necessary asset for her new forever home. She is super playful and loving with people and loves to play. She would be great adopted to a home that has a cat already to play with! She is fostered in Columbus now. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, combo tested (negative) for FELV and FIV, and vet checked,. Her adoption fee is $125.00 to cover all her fees since coming to the rescue. We NEVER ship cats. We do get cats into rescue that have already been declawed by someone else, as we do not believe in declawing, and those cats are the ones we consider for any homes who want a declawed cat. Thank you for your interest. As a policy for our rescue we do NOT adopt cats/kittens for gifts. We have to screen the adopter who will be owning the cat. Not a person who is thinking to give as a gift. So if you are looking to adopt for a family member LIVING IN THE SAME HOME AS YOU, then you can apply. We make no exception to this policy for those wanting to adopt a cat/kitten to give as a gift. If you are interested and want to pay the adoption fee for the person applying to adopt in order to help them adopt a cat/kitten,we then screen them for adopting and if approved, then you pay the adoption fee. This is a good option and has been done before. We have all our policies to protect our cats and appreciate you thinking of a rescue kitty to adopt. We adopt to all of Ohio and the bordering states areas that are within approximately a 4 hours drive time.
