My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MILO WOULD DO FINE BEING THE ONLY CAT. HE WANTS A PERSON(S) TO HUG AND GIVE KISSES TOO. HE IS VERY AFFECTIONATE AND REALLY WANTS A NEW HOME. ADOPTION FEE IS $150.00 SO PLEASE CONSIDER HIM IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER CATS. He is NOT GOOD WITH OTHER CATS! He is just fine with a cat friendly dog, but ii may take awhile (few days to a week) for him to get used to the dog. We would consider a home that already has a dog that has lived with a cat(s). Not a home that wants to test the dog with a cat. These cats have already been thru so much after being dumped in shelters and worse senarios out on the streets. So we do not want them to go thru more trauma. If you are interested please email us for an application at : ccrescue614@yahoo.com. We NEVER ship cats and declawing is NOT an option. Emails are returned much quicker then phone calls as we are totally a volunteer organization. Thanks for your interest. As a policy for our rescue we do NOT adopt cats/kittens for gifts. We have to screen the adopter who will be owning the cat. Not a person who is thinking to give as a gift. So if you are looking to adopt for a family member LIVING IN THE SAME HOME AS YOU, then you can apply. We make no exception to this policy for those wanting to adopt a cat/kitten to give as a gift. If you are interested and want to pay the adoption fee to help the person adopt a cat/kitten, then we will screen them and if approved, you may pay the adoption fee. This is a good option and has been done before. We have all our policies to protect our cats and appreciate you thinking of a rescue kitty to adopt.
