SORRY, DUE TO MAUI'S FEAR OF BEING IN A CARRIER AND/OR VEHICLE, WE WILL ONLY ADOPT HER WITHIN A 20 MINUTE DRIVE FOM UPPER ARLINGTON!! NO EXCEP0TIONS!!! We are now taking applications for this wonderful girl. Please email us at ccrescue614@yahoo.com for an application. We do not answer lots of questions or any other emails back and forth until we get an application filled out. We are all volunteers and time is limited to screening. So we need to use this time efficiently. The first application we get that is approved for each cat gets to meet and have the first chance to adopt that cat. We have policy for a reason and please respect these policies. She is a super loving girl and sweeter then you can imagine. You will need to allow her to sleep with you! If you are not fond of cats sleeping with you, on your pillow, and under the covers, DO NOT APPLY (NO KIDDING)! Please email us for an adoption application at ccrescue614@yahoo.com As a policy for our rescue we do NOT adopt cats/kittens for gifts. We have to screen the adopter how will be owning the cat. Not a person who is thinking to give as a gift. So if you are looking to adopt for a family member LIVING IN THE SAME HOME AS YOU, then you can apply. We make no exception to this policy for those wanting to adopt a cat/kitten to give as a gift. If you are interested and want to pay the adoption fee to help the person applying to adopt a cat/kitten, we will then screen them and if approved, you may pay for the adoption fee. This is a good option and has been done before. We have our policies to protect our cats and appreciate you thinking of a rescue kitty to adopt. We do NOT ever ship cats. Declawing is NOT an option for any cat adopted from this rescue.
