My name is Icy!

Dalmatian Mix Puppy for adoption in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Icy

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Icy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Icy's Story...
Icy was abandoned on a bitter day in January "out in the middle of nowhere." She is an adorable adolescent with an estimated birth date of Sept 25, 2009. Icy is nearly all white but has some spots on her ears and on her tummy. She is completely deaf but is already learning hand signals for "come" "sit" and "No!" She is fully house trained and has not had a single "accident" in her foster home. She is a typical puppy and likes to chew, so providing her with things that are her own that she can chew and enjoy is a must. Icy should have a fully fenced in back yard. She loves using the dog door at her foster house. She does well on the leash, too. She is spayed, up to date on all her vet care and is heartworm negative. She is playful with other dogs and is friendly to everyone.

She's Special Needs, as she is Deaf.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Icy, a Milwaukee Dalmatian puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dalmatian for sale in Milwaukee, or seeking a Dalmatian puppy from a breeder in Milwaukee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Milwaukee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Milwaukee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dalmatian breeders who help with Dalmatian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Milwaukee paves the way for another one to be saved.
