My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

History
Frau was adopted through ForTheLuvofDogz a couple of years ago, but has been returned to LuvofDogz / Paw Placement because her owners are divorcing and neither can keep her. Below is the surrendering owners' description of this super all-around dog. She has been wonderful from minute one. She gets along with other dogs as well as cats as the following pictures show. She has lived with 2 adult humans, 1 child human, 1 other dog and 2 cats since we adopted her with no problems. When we first took her home, it was like she had always been there. There was no strange behavior, no problems eating, etc. She was just part of the family. Frau to the best of our knowledge is a Rottweiler/Lab mix. She is about 3-1/2 years old. She is such a sweet and loving dog and some of her favorite things are depicted in the next pictures. She loves sunning herself in the back yard and she is quite content being in the yard during the day. (We have always had her inside most of the time and she does well with this (no accidents) but we had recently obtained a doggie door and she loves that too as it gives her the freedom to go sun and swim as she pleases. She does love to swim so if you have a pool, it is just that much better. If she can?t sun herself outside, the tub or any other sunny spot inside will do as well. The mix of rottweiller and lab are great in that she has the big dog bark but a sweet demeanor. She is a big lap dog at heart and her heart is in the right place. You love to pet her?she loves to be petted! She loves toys, especially balls and she loves treats and rawhides as well. She loves to play fetch! She has been to the vet for regular checkups since we adopted her and is a very healthy dog. She rides in cars well, will walk on a leash and we have taken her on a few trips with no She has frequently been brought to numerous dog parks with not problems with other dogs large and small. We hate to give her up but must because we both will be apartment living in the near future. Frau deserves a good home with people that will give her as much love as she is capable of giving, which is a bundle. She will be missed but I know that our loss is just another person?s joy as this is what she brings to your home. She is a sweet and gentle soul who just loves to be with her people.
