Tally's Story...
Tally is a very cute 5 week old ( as of 3/6/10) Boxer mix puppy. Tally's mom is Brandy, a purebred Boxer also available for adoption and it appears that the daddy may have been a shepherd or a collie. Tally is a very friendly, happy puppy that would love to find a forever home! She'll be a great companion for any home with the time and energy to raise a young pup. She will be ready to leave for her new home once she has turned 8 weeks old at the end of March, however we are currently accepting applications for Tally and her siblings.

Tallys adoption donation is $350. This donation helps to cover her spay, initial vaccines, initial worming and microchip. AAA relies solely on donations to care for the pets in our care. Your donation also helps save other animals like Tally from euthanasia.

Please email animaladoption@hotmail.com for an adoption application and please put the name of the dog in the subject line. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder; sometimes the applications end up in there!

You may also call (773) 615-9864 for more info on the dogs available however please allow up to 48 hours for a return phone call. Email is the preferred method of contact and is the quickest way to receive a response. We cannot place holds on our dogs, please do not contact us until you are prepared to adopt.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tally, a Chicago Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Boxer/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
