Meet Polly!       DOB: 2005

Polly came to NTCR after she was rescued from a long hard life on the streets. When she was found she had recently given birth and her kittens who were found hidden in a discarded sofa for safety. She was an amazing, loving and nurturing mother who has since watched all of her babies leave for their “furever” homes. A dream that she one day hopes will happen for her. Polly is a beautiful, quite, friendly soul, who is always relaxed, patient and waits her turn. Polly enjoys snuggling up to sleep with other cats and is always appreciative with affectionate when someone shows her love and attention. Warm, affectionate and quick to purr, Polly will easily blossom into a lap cat in a quiet home where she can relax, and enjoy the sun, some cat nip, and lots of gentle cuddles. Polly would love to be adopted as part of a pair or to join a family that already has a friendly cat she can befriend and bond with. If you are the one who wants to shower Polly with the love and cuddles she deserves, please fill out an adoption application and contact us.

About North Toronto Cat Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

North Toronto Cat Rescue is a registered Canadian charrity made up of dedicated volunteers concerned with the welfare of all cats and kittens. We rescue, foster, provide veterinary care (including blood testing, vaccines and spay/neuter) and arrange adoptions for abandoned or rescue felines.

For ten years, North Toronto Cat Rescue has been helping hundreds of souls in need wherever we find them, offering love, nourishment, safety, medical care and the hope of a "forever" home.

We are not a spay/neuter and release group as we believe all these animals deserve comfot, warmth and love, particularly during the long cold winter days here in Canada. They will remain with us until they find a permanent home.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Currently, we have a private Shelter for our animals so it is by appointment only. However we also have a partnership with Pet Value in Aurora (Bayview and Aurora Road) where many cats and kittens are also housed.

We attend local Fairs, Events such as "All About Pets" Show in Toronto, for example, and other fund-raising events during the year in the Toronto area.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adooption contract is found on-line.
