My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Penny is a very friendly, gentle and calm cat that would be great in any type of family. She's ok with other friendly cats, not afraid of dogs. Penny loves attention and will be an excellent companion.

She has short hair, light orange/black tortoiseshell with white. She's considered a "torbie" because she has some tabby stripes. You really should meet her in person to appreciate her beauty and personality.

Since she's an adult cat, she's quieter than a kitten, doesn't get into trouble and doesn't have bad habits. Penny is an indoor only cat, prefers to snooze on a soft comfy chair or on your lap where she can be the center of attention.

The perfect home for Penny would be a quiet home, possibly with older adults. She's good with children, but wouldn't be as frisky and playful as children might want her to be. Penny is happy sitting with you watching tv or reading a book. She'll "talk" to you while you make dinner (hoping for a treat) and she'll cuddle with you while you sleep
