Liberty's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Liberty's Story...
Liberty is a young 3-4 year old PUREBRED , fawn colored English Mastiff that needs to find a new home.

Liberty and Sarah were purchased as puppies by a bachelor who wanted to get some dogs for his grandkids. Well, he just doesn't have time to run a business, own a home, go with grandkids to all their events AND take care of 2 big dogs, so that is where our rescue comes in.

We are trying to re-home 2 wonderful dogs for a very nice man who is just in over his head :-)

The dogs can go to separate homes as we realize that it may not be possible for the dogs to go to the same home.

Mastiff Dog Temperament

The mastiff is innately good-natured, calm, easygoing and surprisingly gentle. He is a well-mannered house pet, but needs sufficient room to stretch out. This is an extremely loyal breed, and though not excessively demonstrative, he is devoted to his family and good with children.

Mastiff Dog Care

The adult mastiff needs daily moderate exercise, consisting of either a good walk or game. He does not enjoy hot weather; in fact he is a breed that should live inside with his family so that he will be inclined to fulfill his role of devoted guardian. He tends to drool. Coat care is minimal.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Liberty, a Taylor Mill English Mastiff dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Mastiff for sale in Taylor Mill, or seeking a English Mastiff dog from a breeder in Taylor Mill.

    1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Taylor Mill already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
    2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Taylor Mill breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
    3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Mastiff breeders who help with English Mastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Taylor Mill paves the way for another one to be saved.
