Cali's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Cali's Story...
We think she is Pointer mix since sometimes she stands like a pointer, and she has long legs. Cali is approximately 13 months old, and was found as a pup wandering the streets and painfully thin. She is a complete and total sweetheart of a girl! She is wonderful with cats (currently lives with and shares her space with 3) loves people and children and gets along with every single dog she has met. She is also crate trained, and does well in the crate when she is in there. She loves to go on walks, the longer the better! She is great on a leash, and would make a great running partner. She is very loyal and longingly looks towards the door when her special person leaves the room or the house. Cali is a very special girl, and had a rough start in life. We would love to give her a happy life and a happily ever after ending! Email crazy4chows@sbcglobal.net or miriambrueggeman@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cali, a Sacramento Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a Pointer dog from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer breeders who help with Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
