Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sparky is a three year old yorkie who weighs 10 pounds. He is a very active boy and loves to play. Sparky loves walking and travels extremely well. He is well mannered and very well socialized. Sparky has an outstanding temperment and is a very bright boy. He knows several commands and is completely housebroken. Sparky is good natured and will make an outstanding addition for any family but Sparky will absolutely not go to a home with children under the age of twelve. He does like to be the alpha male, so would do best in a one dog family, but does tolerate other dogs and cats. Sparky comes fully vetted, is up to date on all of his shots and has been neutered. He is also microchipped and is in excellent health.
We do not make money on the yorkies we adopt to new families, we use whatever remaining money we have to help other yorkies in need. NC Yorkie Rescue, Inc. is a small group of dedicated and sincere yorkie lovers. We take all yorkies, regardless of age or health issues. We are in the process of applying for our 501(c)(3) and are a non-profit group. A home visit may be performed before the adoption is approved and an adoption application must be submitted and approved as well. All of our yorkies come with complimentary training sessions, either by a personal visit to the office or a telephone consultation, to help their transition into their new home.
