3/17/10: Jake is doing great, his foster mom reports, and is such a good boy. He comes when called, and is doing very well walking on a leash. He loves to play with his foster mom, but when she is done playing with him, he entertains himself with his toys!

3/4/2010: Jake loves everything and everyone! He is an outgoing, active and very loveable puppy. He is learning to walk on a leash. He loves toys, kids, other dogs and tries to play with my cats only to be swatted. He is almost completely house trained and sleeps very well in a crate at night! He will need an active family to spend lots of time with him and would love to have another dog to play with. He is very food motivated so training him to do anything will be a snap if you use treats. The great thing about an active puppy all day is that they sleep all night without a peep! Jake makes me smile everyday :-)
2-22-10: Jake's foster mom reports that this adorable little guy is not shy at all, he eats like a horse, plays with everyone, loves everything and has a bundle of energy! He will do best in a family that can give him lots of attention and playtime. All of the pups in the foster home love the toys, but because little Jake can run faster, he ends up with most of them!

February 2010: Meet cutie-pie Jake! We are told that Jake is presently lives with many dogs, and does well with them. He is around 12 weeks of age, and currently weighs 10 to 15 pounds. He is possibly a boxer mix, we are not sure, but we ARE sure that is is adorable!
