My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello World,
My name is Sara and I'm a beautiful and delicate little Maltese female of about three. I'm very smart and sweet, am anxious to please and a happy, precious little girl. My foster mom says I'm learning to walk on a leash and use a doggie door - and that I've discovered this green stuff called grass that is very strange and wonderful stuff!

Mom says I get along well with other dogs and am learning that human touch can be wonderful.
I love to be held and will sleep in your arms, or on your lap, as long as you please. This is all very new to me -because before Bichon Fur Kids rescued me I spent my life in a cage having puppies, and puppies and even more puppies! Although I lived in a cage previously, I'm already learning to be potty trained and to understand how to live in a home. And my beautiful silky hair is growing back. Soon I will be completely beautiful she says.

Mom also says I am also learning that people can be good and kind and that I am blossoming every day. (I'm not sure what she means by blossoming but she seems to think that's a very good thing and she smiles at me when she says it.) I currently weigh about 9 pounds and, as you can see, like to smile. All that I need to be complete, is to be in my forever home with a family that I can love - and who will love me in return. Please ask for me - I'm Sara - and I'm ready to go to my forever home next week.
