Jelly Bean's Story...
Jelly Bean is a gorgeous, shy, friendly, very sweet, calm, and gentle, 36-pound, eight-month-old, dobie/shepherd-mix looking for a loving home. Jelly Bean is a delightful housebroken and crate-trained sweetheart who is good with other dogs and cats too! She is quiet in the home, loves to take walks, is great on leash, and full of kisses for her human and animal friends. Jelly Bean was found as a stray in Terre Haute, Indiana. She was transported to Chicago to find the home of her dreams. She was obviously someone’s pet because she knows how to sit on command, and is very well-behaved in the home. She’ll need additional training to boost her confidence and bond with her new family. Jelly Bean is very healthy, heartworm-tested, micro-chipped, and up-to-date on rabies, bordatella and distemper vaccines. She will be spayed next week. To meet and possibly adopt Jelly Bean, please contact me directly. Jelly Bean’s adoption fee of $150 benefits rescued pets.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jelly Bean, a Chicago Doberman Pinscher/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
