MUST LOVE KISSES: Hi! I'm just an itty-bitty 10 lb. Boston Terrier fellow who loves to give kisses and snuggle. But I'm also quite the wild child, and romping in the yard, chasing after tennis balls and squeaky toys is my favorite playtime fun. I am looking for a new mommy since my last mommy didn't take very good care of me and she let me get lost. That made me very sad, and I cried my wittle self to sleep every night. I was all alone & scared, and practically starving to death. Why did no one come to feed me? How was I supposed to take care of myself?
But then I got picked up by the animal shelter person, and Loli's Place volunteers brought me here to get me all fattened up & healthy again. I was so happy I kept licking everybody over & over again! My foster mommy says she can't believe how sweet I am. And smart too, she says. I know my name & come when I'm called, and I'm very reliably potty-trained.
I love people so much that I'm hoping to find a person who will be home with me lots and who will want to do everything with me. I love walkies & riding in the car too! My new person must be forever this time, because I just couldn't bear to have my wittle heart broken again. Will you be my special person?
To help you decide, here's some more about me: I am about 4 years old (but am as active as a puppy), and I love to chew stuff (mostly just my toys, but I admit I've eaten a fuzzy slipper or two). I like other dogs, but they usually don't like me (they say I'm too bouncy)....so I'd do best as the only doggie. I like cats and kids, but since I want to be your little baby, I'd prefer it if you didn't have any kids. Oh, and the cutest thing thing I do is I look at you with my wittle tongue sticking out the side when I want you to hold me and play with me. I'm so silly! Will you be the one to love me forever?
PLEASE NOTE: Geno requires a securely fenced yard (no invisible fences for this little fellow) and a home with no other dogs and no kids under 14. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE, so please do not inquire if you cannot meet Geno's requirements. Preference will be given to applicants who will be home a lot and who will want to involve Geno with agility or flyball activities.
