Deuce's Story...
Deuce is a gorgeous chocolate colored Bulldog mix. He is a male that is approximately 2 years old. He was found as a stray and taken to a high-kill AC facility where he was to be euthanized. Thankfully rescue stepped in to save his life and give him the chance to find his loving forever family.

Deuce is brand new to rescue, but we do know already that he is a huge love bug and is incredibly sweet with people. He doesn't seem to mind other dogs, and is more interested in getting attention from people than anything else :)

He is neutered, fully UTD on his vaccines and HW negative. His adoption donation is $200. For more information on making Deuce a part of your family, please contact Nancy at plaidpjs@sbcglobal.net or 773-631-8999.

Deuce is currently being fostered in Chicago, IL.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Deuce, a Chicago American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Chicago, or seeking a American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Bulldog/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
