Scooter's Story...
Hi! Im Scooter !
I'm about 5-6 months old last vet appointment I was 31 pounds. I will not be a big boy.
At sometime I was hit by a car and no one took me to the vet. I had 2 broken legs and one can not be fixed. It will be removed sometime this week 3/30
I already hop around now and do real well. I can live a full life with out this leg. I'm very smart.
The vets office loves me all the nice people say hi to me when I visit. I'm very friendly and love to sit with my friends, I'm a love bug..
I had my leg removed yahoo!
I'm doing very well and I'm so happy! I also can walk better. The vet says not to change my name cause it fits me and she thinks I'm a funny amazing guy. Ive had my staples out and I'm ready for a new home. I will make you giggle :)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Scooter, a Raymond Golden Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Raymond, or seeking a Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in Raymond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Raymond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Raymond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Raymond paves the way for another one to be saved.
