Providence's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Providence's Story...
Providence and her good buddy, Boston, were very lucky dogs to show up at an animal lover’s home after being dumped by their original “owner”. How someone could leave these two wonderful dogs out to fend for themselves is beyond our understanding. Provie is a very gentle and affectionate girl who walks well on leash and goes right in her crate when asked to. She is housebroken and mindful, listens well and aims to please. She loves to play with toys and balls and likes to romp and run in the yard. She is good with most other dogs but we have not yet cat tested her. She is wonderful around children. Provie is about 2 years old and weighs 44 lbs. She should gain a few more pounds but should not weigh over 48-50 lbs. She is spayed and up to date on her shots. She is on heartworm and flea and tick preventative and is microchipped. Email cedarfarm@yadtel.net for an adoption application or call (336) 251-8877.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Providence, a Mocksville Boxer/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/American Bulldog for sale in Mocksville, or seeking a Boxer/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Mocksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mocksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mocksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/American Bulldog breeders who help with Boxer/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mocksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
