Lola's Story...
Lola and Jackson are two year old Labrador / Rottweiler mixes that have been with their family since they were 3 months old. Unfortunately their family is no longer able to keep the two, so they are looking for new homes now. They are both very well behaved and get along beautifully with other dogs and are just slightly curious about cats, so will be fine with a little training. They have grown up in a family with children and have been well socialized since they were little puppies. Lola weighs 60 pounds and Jackson weighs 100 pounds. If you are interested, please email Julie at julie_brown@mac.com and put the dog's name in the subject line.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lola, a El Segundo Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler for sale in El Segundo, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler dog from a breeder in El Segundo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Segundo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Segundo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Segundo paves the way for another one to be saved.
