My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jazzy has to come back to us because the adopter has developed a severe allergic reaction to dogs. Jazzy is a great family pet! good with kids, dogs, and cats. She is house trained & crate trained. Here is what Jazzy's current foster family has to say:
Jazzy is an approximate 7-year old female Rottweiler mix. She weighs 80 pounds, is very sweet, good with children, company and other pets. She'll bark if someone approaches your front door, but once you let them in, she lies down, quietly out of the way. The perfect combination of protection and friendliness.

Jazzy is house trained but needs to be taken outside each night and first thing in the morning. She likes for you to go out in the yard with her. She walks well on a leash and even let's kids run her around agility courses. She enjoys being petted but is also happily independent. She prefers being indoors but is also used to being outside during the day while her owners are away.

Jazzy is super sweet. Her owner sadly must find her a new home due to a family member developing a dog allergy.

Jazzy was rescued from the property of an elderly man that was sent to a nursing home. We took her in with another dog that we named Rosso & she was adopted and doing well. She is loyal and will run and play around the yard. Please email adopt@thisisthedog.com for an application. Thank you.

Donations are critical to our existence -- they help us to continue rescuing these animals and to make sure that they are healthy and properly socialized before being adopted.Thank you for considering a rescued animal from This Is The Dog!
