Winston's Story...
My name is Winston. I was found as a stray and I was taken to the vet to be put to sleep since there is no shelter in the county. The vet hung onto me until I could find a home and I was taken in by PPAWSS. I was Heartworm Positive, but I am halfway through my treatment, thanks to donations. I will be neutered shortly after my treatment in finished. I still need a little work with housebreaking, but a little patience will go a long way with me. I amonly about 2 years old, so I still have all of my "terrier" energy. I do well with smaller dogs and with cats. I will need a fully fenced backyard and will require constant supervision when outside. I am escape artist and I think it is a fun game to run away. I am such a playful dog that would enjoy an active home with someone to throw the ball or even take me for a walk. Please fill out an application today if you are interested in adopting me.
**If you cannot adopt me, please sponsor me using the link near my picture! My vet bills are well over $400 so far! **
