Tessa's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, and up to date with shots.

Tessa's Story...
Meet Miss Tessa. She is a beautiful lady that was also found tied to our shelter's gate. Tessa is another victim of poor ownership. She is a mixed breed probably of American Staffordshire terrier/boxer mix. At the shelter, she is going to be taking her AKC Canine good citizen classes soon. Tessa would do best in an adult home due to her extreme athletic skills! If you are an active family that loves to do outdoor activities with your dog in tow than Miss Tessa is the lady for you. Please call 401-823-8851 or e-mail Dynamic.dog.lady@gmail.com for adoption info. Upon adoption, she comes with reduced rate training.

Act quickly to adopt Tessa. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tessa, a West Warwick American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in West Warwick, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in West Warwick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Warwick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Warwick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Warwick paves the way for another one to be saved.
