I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Ivan's Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Ivan's Story...
Ivan is a two year old blue Great Dane who came to us because of some aggression issues with men. We have been interacting with him for a week now and he is showing his true colors which include devotion and great kisses. But he needs time and patience because Ivan adjusts very slowly to new stimulus. He startles easily so a calm and quiet household is a must. At this point we will be adopting Ivan to a home without men and a home experienced with the breed. Patience is a MUST! But you will be rewarded many times over because once you steal Ivan's heart he will be your true blue friend forever

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ivan, a Pisgah Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Pisgah, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Pisgah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pisgah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pisgah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pisgah paves the way for another one to be saved.
