Judy's Story...
A local factory had been feeding a stray female dog, when she presented them with a litter of puppies! The kind people have been fostering the pups until good homes could be found for them. Judy and Sister Betty are PRECIOUS. Although Judy's mom is a black lab, her dad must be a weimeraner, as she has the coloring, even to the beautiful light-colored eyes! Judy should be ready to travel to her new home in mid-May. The puppies were born around January 30. The $425 adoption fee covers her spay, all immunizations and the cost of transport to your area. PLEASE NOTE JUDY IS BEING FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE; THEREFORE, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO MEET HER PRIOR TO ADOPTION. Judy is the perfect puppy for a family with children; although adults will love her, too!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Judy, a White Plains Labrador Retriever/Weimaraner puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Weimaraner for sale in White Plains, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Weimaraner puppy from a breeder in White Plains.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in White Plains already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a White Plains breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Weimaraner breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Weimaraner rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in White Plains paves the way for another one to be saved.
