Corbin's Story...
Corbin is a 2 year old male Labradoodle we rescued from a high kill shelter. Not sure why no one was looking for him, because he is one awesome dog. He is a happy energetic big boy, a little underweight, but nothing a little TLC and adequate amount of food won't cure. He loves to be with his people, always moving with you from room to room.
He is high energy so a fenced in yard and play time is a must for this special guy. A playmate would be awesome. He plays well with all his foster family's dogs and knows when not to mess with certain pooches. He loves all people and doesn't seem to shy from anything. Corbin walks well on a leash and loves, loves car rides.
Corbin DOES shed some, so he is probably a first generation Labradoodle. He is not hypoallergenic. He is a large dog, around 28 inches at his shoulder and will top out about 60 pounds, so he's not for a home with small children, just because of his size. He is housetrained and does not need a crate.
Corbin is a really good dog, very devoted. He'll give you more love than anyone could hope to receive. He is one special pooch.
All HART dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccines, includine bordatella and rabies. If you are interested in any of our pets, you must complete an online dog adoption application at . The application will put you in touch with this wonderful dog's foster family so you can schedule a meeting. Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Corbin, a Cincinnati Labradoodle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labradoodle for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Labradoodle dog from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labradoodle breeders who help with Labradoodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
