Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I am a purebred chocolate-point Himalayan girl w The Most Gorgeous blue eyes you've ever seen - and also w a sad story that will tear your heart out. But first, let me tell you that it's okay today cuz I am safe!! But for a while I wasn't. I lived w these greedy people who wanted to breed me but I refused to mate - so then they were going to drown me! Gosh - that was scarey. But a caring neighbor took me to the shelter in PA and then I went into rescue. Sadly, after I was adopted I was severely neglected and my coat was terribly matted when the person decided I was just too much trouble for him to take care of - he was never home anyway - but at least I had a feline 'sister' for company...(btw, I absolutely LOVE other cats.....so pleze have at least one of those for me to play w if you want to take me home...). Anyway, after all that maybe you can understand why it's a little hard for me to trust strangers - but gosh, give me a day or two and you will hear my little rattle-purr of happiness start up when you pet me! I love to be brushed! and I will need that on a daily basis. I need to eat special food cuz I had a bladder infection when my last person brought me back - and I love my food and gobble it up!! Actually, any canned food would keep me healthy as long as it doesn't have fish in it....but just wait til you see me and meet me, and maybe we will both fall in love. I really need someone bad cuz right now I don't get enough attention - I wonder if I ever could get enough, after what I've been thru. So if you can find it in your heart to help mend another heart that's been hurt a few times over, I'd sure love to come home with you!!
