My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roosevelt. BIG, HANDSOME, NICE. All words to describe this wonderful chocolate boy. Roosevelt is about 5 years old and is one of the nicest boys we have had. He knows sit, takes treats nicely, okay on lead and is squishy and lovable. He is a bigger boy, weighing about 75lbs and has a gorgeous blocky head. He probably has some English lab traits, but is extremely handsome. His coat is a milky chocolate color and he is more of a stockier build. This boy is a medium energy boy who knows how to play when the time is right and he knows how to relax when he needs. He would like nothing more than a family or single person of his very own, who will feed him good food, give him good boy pats and kisses, and a bone every once in a while to chew on (Oh, and a comfy dog bed and lots of play toys and activities). Not too much. Roosevelt is cat friendly and has been socialized with other dogs, older children, men and women. He is a smart boy and will do very well with a basic obedience class to brush up on his gentlemanly skills. He is crate trained and doing well with his house manners. Roosevelt is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations and is heartworm negative. He is also micro chipped, and kept current on flea, tick and heartworm prevention.
