My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ADOPTION PENDING!

Bentley is a sweet 9 month old male Pointer/Lab mix whose coat is white with black spots. He was adopted last fall but was returned due to his owners not having enough time for him. They said Bentley was such a great dog but their work schedules changed and he was spending too much time in his crate. His previous owners kept him crated 8-10 hrs/day and he slept with them in bed or in his dog bed. They did keep Bentley current on all preventatives and other veterinary care. He is neutered, micro chipped and fully house trained and crate trained. Bentley knows basic commands including "sit, leave it and watch." He gets along great with cats and loves to play with other dogs. Bentley loves to run in the yard but calms down indoors. He would be a great companion for another med/large dog or a great running partner. Bentley is very affectionate and loves to give kisses. He weighs 50 lbs currently and will probably weigh about 60-65 when he is full grown. He is a very sweet, well-mannered dog ready for his new home.

As HAHS has several different adoption locations, please contact Julia at jvyoung@pmma.org or juliavering@Hotmail.com or phone 816-695-6838 to find out when and where you can meet BENTLEY!
