History
Lil Amelia was a stray at the pound where she was scheduled to be euthanized and a worker pulled her off and contacted us. Lil Amelia is very much a lap dog and will be your shadow. She's not much of a kisser, but loves to snuggle on your lap. She's on the larger size for a Chihuahua and has velvet-like reddish fur. She has no interest in the cats or dogs. She is a bit protective of her humans and when other dogs come around she tries to be the boss and get them to move away from her human. She will back down with a stern "no". Amelia had a owner at one point that never came to find her since her nails had been painted at one point. Amelia will need to go to a home where the children are over the age of 12 years. All she wants is a home where she can cuddle with her humans.
