History
Meet Lucky, who is truly aptly named! Lucky was adopted from the pound a year ago as a shy, skinny and scared little guy. He blossomed this past year under the care of a very kind and gentle owner. Unfortunately his owner is now facing a move into a place where she will have a less to care for and get a little more care herself. She has truly loved this little guy and will feel so much better once he finds a new caring home. Lucky is a 2 year old sheltie mix neutered male weighing about 22.5 pounds. He is very gentle, good with cats and is totally house trained. he is shy when he first meets new people but warms up quickly and will give little kisses. He has terrific leash manners and loves his walks. He has a doggy bed that he sleeps on and he can use a dog door. He really has not been around children but was very gentle when introduced to some today. He is good with small dogs when given a chance to meet them but is shy around the big guys. Lucky would love to find a home where he can continue to be loved. He is a sweetie of a boy and his little personality shines when he is loved by those around him. He would make a great only dog or as a companion for cats or another small dog
