Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Courtesy posting:
I inherited Tally and Rainbow (the other cat she lived with) when my mom passed away last year. Prior to getting Tally and Rainbow, I had one older kitty and two rescue kittens. Then, earlier this year I found a feral cat in a field next to our house and took her in. Tally seemed to start acting up when I took in the feral cat. I took her to Dr. Thomas to see if perhaps she had some sort of urinary infection, and she checked her over and found her to be in perfect health. Dr. Thomas said she was merely stressed out by the new cat. She prescribed some calming medications and suggested I separate her from the other cats, so I put Tally in my daughter’s room with food and a litterbox and kept the door shut. Obviously she is just a very unhappy kitty in our household.
So as you can see, I have to find a home for Tally ASAP. I am the world’s biggest cat lover and all of my other cats get along great, but Tally seems to be the problem child. I put an ad on Craigslist and the only response I got was from an 18-year-old boy who admitted he had a boa constrictor – yikes! I didn’t want Tally to his snake’s next meal! So I contacted Dr. Thomas to see if there was anyone she knew who wanted a sweet kitty, and she referred me to you.
Anyway, I’m sorry this email is so long but I thought I should give you some background on Tally. She is quite beautiful, and Dr. Thomas says it is very rare to see a female orange tabby. I think she would probably be fine in a house with one other cat, but certainly not five cats as I have. ( :
