Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lou is a 14 month old male with a sad story. He was unwanted and left to freeze out in the cold in 16 degree weather. He was tied to a dog house. The neighbor would break the ice off his water dish daily so he could get a drink. He was given some hay for insulation, but his owners got mad because he started to play with it. He got free and came back 5 days later freezing, and down to skin and bones. His hard times are over as of 12/6 though! Cascade Beagle Rescue's volunteer drove 8 hours to pick him up and bring him into our fold. He will be at the vet to be neutered, microchipped and given all vaccinations. He will be ready to go with lots of love and kisses to offer very soon! Lou has had NO training, so needs someone who is dog-experienced and who has lots of love and patience. ***UPDATE*** Lou is doing great and is at the vet being neutered on 12/6. His attitude is wonderful and he sure is a kissy guy who's the hit of the vet staff! He will make a fine addition to someone's family.....yours??
