Hello! My name is William; I am a sweet Quaker Parakeet. I am a proud bird, I strut around on top of my cage or on the couch. Hey, just look at me I am beautiful! I love to be around people just to see what is going on. I will go to men or women, not picky just want love from anyone willing. I love head scritches, beak kisses, baths in tupperware, and preening. I will preen your hair, skin, nails, whatever I can get my beak on. I talk sometimes too, I say “up up” when you want me to step up on your finger. I say my name and hello too. My foster mom heard me say “I love you” but I won’t admit to it. I am an awesome bird and I know you will love me right away.
