Milo's Story...
Milo is a purebred chocolate lab who is just under 2 1/2 years of age and is approx. 70-80 lbs. He has papers, has been neutered, is current on all shots and is micro-chipped. Milo is playful and affectionate. He loves his belly rubbed and has grown up around children and cats. Milo also gets along well with other dogs. Milo also rides very well in the car and walks well on the leash given you use the right training tools. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Milo, a Bellflower Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Bellflower, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Bellflower.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellflower already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellflower breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellflower paves the way for another one to be saved.
