Lil Lexy's Story...
Hey hey hey, they call me Sexy Lexy…uh, is that even appropriate? Oh well, anyway, I’m Lil Lexy a sweet and timid Chihuahua. As you can see I am one little hottie…just check out this tongue, see how it kinda sticks out the side of my mouth, cuuute!  Do you love Chihuahuas? Well that is excellent, cuz I am 100% Chihuahua! I do just fine with other dogs, and don’t hesitate to show them who’s queen…even if they're 3 times my size. Cats are cool too, plus I am housetrained… and if you don’t get me outside often enough I know to potty on my pee pads. I could totally do without children, I may be one hot momma but I’m not actually looking to be a momma. Nope, those little rug rats are too much for me to handle! So Chihuahua lovers beware, Lil Lexy is on the prowl….9 years old-6lbs. My adoption fee is $100 and includes; spay, microchip, reduced cost Training Class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lil Lexy, a Portland Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Portland, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
