Angus's Story...
Get your tissues because Angus is a tear jerker. How sad; his mistress of eleven years moved and left him with her father, who then called us. Angus is an eleven-year-old Scottish Terrier mix, neutered male. He's housebroken, well behaved, and gets along fine with other dogs. He's the type of dog who bonds very quickly and who just wants to be loved and held. Angus will make a wonderful friend for the lucky person who adopts him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angus, a Loudonville Scottie, Scottish Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Scottie, Scottish Terrier for sale in Loudonville, or seeking a Scottie, Scottish Terrier dog from a breeder in Loudonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Loudonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Loudonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Scottie, Scottish Terrier breeders who help with Scottie, Scottish Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Loudonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
