Gomer's Story...
Boxer Lovers: I’m your Guy!

If you’re looking for sweet, silly, snuggly and playful, look no further than Gomer!

Still grieving for the family that left him behind, at first Gomer wasn’t sure he could trust us. But one day was all Gomer needed! Today, he snuggles happily with his foster dad and romps with his five foster dog brothers and sisters!

In fact, this sweet little guy is so good with other dogs that he needed no introductions or time to adjust—he simply walked in, said a cordial hello to all five, chose his favorite (Milly, another boxer, of course) and began to play!

Gomer’s biggest “problem” is adjusting to the good life! Accustomed to the loneliness of being an outdoor dog, Gomer is now relishing the love and attention (and soft beds!!) in his foster home.

Is there room in your heart for this sweet little guy?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gomer, a South Euclid Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in South Euclid, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in South Euclid.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in South Euclid already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a South Euclid breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in South Euclid paves the way for another one to be saved.
