My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Muffy: 5 yr old black & tan female, spayed, natural tail and ears. 16", 20 lb. Shots up-to-date. Microchipped and housetrained.

Are you looking for a dog that is good with children? Well let me tell you about Muffy. I was at the shelter to check her out. It was noisy with all the dogs barking so I led her out of the kennel to get a better idea of her personality. As I was leading her out one of the volunteers had her 2 yr old little boy with her. He walked up to Muffy put his little hands on each side of her face and gave her a kiss on the head. Muffy politely sat down and wagged her tail. It was sweet and touching. After witnessing such gentleness, I knew Muffy had to be rescued. She hasn't been with us long and already we have fallen in love with her sweet disposition and loving nature. Muffy is good with strangers, and extremely good with children, big and small. She loves attention and will nudge you when she wants to be petted. She has one of the sweetest dispositions you will ever encounter, and will make the perfect pet for the person who is lucky enough to adopt her. She just came into rescue, so we will have more information on her as we get to watch her personality unfold.
