Libby is a dilute calico who was found living under an abandoned house in Washington, DC. She is very friendly (though a little shy at first in new environments) and loves other kitties and loves to play. She welcomes her foster mom giving her kisses and cuddles and will follow people around to entice them to play with her. Click here to fill out an adoption application online.
