Edith earned the Tails High medal of honor for having just finished nursing her fourth litter of motherless kittens. We promised her that when she finished nursing, we would find her a home befitting of her act of generosity. This photo does not do Edith justice: she is a stunningly gorgeous petite Maine Coon mix tabby with silky soft fur and an extra fluffy tail. She’s a total people person, very sweet and cuddly and loves to follow her foster families around as they do housework, though she also enjoys being cuddled like a baby. She waits by the door of her foster’s home for them to come home from work. Edith was given a bath and didn’t even squirm or meow, which makes us think she would be equally forgiving with young children.
