LACY's Story...
ce family dog - loves children !!! Would be good as a second dog or company for another pooch too. Lacy was adopted out of a kill shelter with good intentions but the couple has now parted and Lacy needs a permanent home again. They don't want her to go back to the shelter -- again. This girl was lucky once, being able to survive a kill shelter. Lacy is a young 3 yr old female, very sweet, very loving girl. She gets along great with other dogs and loves children. Cats unknown. Beautiful girl with white, black and tan easy care coat. Housebroke and crate trained. As with all hounds, we highly suggest fenced in yard. Hounds are known to follow a scent and possibly become lost. Spayed, vaccines up to date, heartworm negative and on prevention. Ready for a family to love her. Nice disposition! Adoption fee $140 LACY~Family Needed is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LACY, a Toledo Hound (Unknown Type)/Treeing Walker Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Treeing Walker Coonhound for sale in Toledo, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Treeing Walker Coonhound dog from a breeder in Toledo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toledo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toledo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Treeing Walker Coonhound breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Treeing Walker Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toledo paves the way for another one to be saved.
