Kenzie's Info...

I am already spayed, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Kenzie's Story...
Kenzie is a 2 year old little sweatheart! She is shy at first, but very loving when she trusts you. She does not like to be picked up, but loves petting. Kenzie is missing the lower part of her right hind leg. We believe it to a birth defect, but do not know for sure. This does not hinder her in any way - she can run faster than most cats I have. Kenzie is one of the most playful cats we have for adoption. Her coloring is very unusual, I have never seen another one like it. She is 20 shades of red & brown. She appears to be a mix of iether Norweigian Forrest or Maine Coon.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kenzie, a Jeffersonville Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Jeffersonville, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Jeffersonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jeffersonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jeffersonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jeffersonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
